Return and Refund Policy

At Joliejo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issues with your order, weโ€™re here to help. Our return and refund policy covers the following situations:

1. Damaged or Broken Item

If your item arrives damaged or broken:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include a photo or video showing the damage.

  • Once verified, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

2. Item Not as Described / Wrong Item Received

If the item received is different from what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Provide clear images showing the mismatch.

  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

3. Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:

  • Check your tracking information first.

  • If the tracking shows no delivery after 45 days, contact us.

  • We will investigate and issue a refund or reship the item.


Important Notes:

  • We do not accept returns for reasons outside of the above conditions (e.g., change of mind, wrong size if accurate size chart was provided).

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Proof (photo/video) is required for damage or mismatch claims.
