Non-Delivery of Package:
If your package has not arrived within 60 days of the shipping date, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Evidence such as photos or videos must be submitted for review.
How to Request a Return or Refund
All refund or return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your package.

-Reason for the return or refund
-Supporting evidence (e.g., photos of the damaged item or proof of discrepancy)
Conditions for Approval
Refunds or replacements will be processed only if the following conditions are met:
The request is submitted within the specified 14-day timeframe.
Clear evidence supporting the claim is provided.
The issue falls under one of the eligible categories listed above (non-delivery, damaged item, or mismatch with description).
Non-Eligible Circumstances
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
Requests submitted after 14 days of receiving the package.
Minor variations in color or design due to screen settings or manufacturing processes.
Delays caused by customs clearance or other uncontrollable factors outside our estimated delivery time of 7–28 days, unless the package has not arrived within 60 days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
